Strength Tips:


Two general rules for strength training:

1. Complete all movements maintaining a neutral body position where applicable.

2. For all exercises practice a full, comfortable, pain free range of motion.

The following worksheet will help you design an implement a simple yet effective exercise regiment whether you are at a fitness facility or from the home.  Don't confuse simple with easy.
